It is located in the north suburban submarket, where occupancy rates are near 81% and asking lease rates around $27 per square foot net, according to Cushman & Wakefield's Q1 office market report. "MB Real Estate was able to negotiate an excellent package for our relocation, including future lease flexibility options," says Robert Clausen, partner at Medical Business Consultants.
