JLL vice president Dino Mattessich represented technology solutions provider MediaBank, which is relocating from Ft. Lee and expanding its operations, while Mark D. Siegler and Marc Hirschinger of Colliers Houston & Co. represented the building's owner, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
According to Mattessich, the relocation of MediaBank will provide its employees and clients with a convenient location to help facilitate the company's growing operations. "In the current competitive climate for office space tenants, solid companies such as this one can command very favorable rates and terms."
MediaBank, which picked up space on the fifth floor, chose 777 Terrace for its central location near Teterboro Airport, the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway, as well as amenities such as an on-site cafeteria, covered parking and a nearby 350-room Hilton Hotel and conference facility.
