Gavin and Lundstedt are the most recent hires of the group, leaving Cushman & Wakefield to join Grubb's Institutional Capital Markets in February. Kerrigan took on leadership of the firm's National Data Center practice group in September, coming from work at Staubach and Jones Lang LaSalle. Stewart and Tunnicliff started their work in tenant representation with the company in 2007, and currently work for clients including Harley-Davidson Financial Services Inc., Environ International, Forsythe Solutions Group, Inc., Summit Marketing, Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc., Wells Fargo and Xchanging, Inc.

Saghal came on board in 2005 and represents numerous national tenants, including Careerbuilder.com, in multiple markets, and has handled more than six million square feet in lease transactions in his career. A director in Grubb's Tenant Advisory Group, Sykes joined the firm in 2003 and represents clients including Hallmark Corp., NAVTEQ and HNTB nationally. Volini became a part of Grubb's Tenant Advisory Group in 2001, representing office tenants on a national basis and having completed more than 8 million square feet in tenant rep assignments.
