Immediately prior joining NAI James E. Hanson, Kunnapas owned Alliance Realty, a commercial real estate investment firm in Moonachie. His most recent transaction included the sale of a 13-unit apartment building in Fairview. Prior to Alliance, Kunnapas worked for Marcus & Millichap in Elmwood Park as a senior investment associate and director of the firm's National Multi-Housing Group, where he participated in the sale of $300 million worth of commercial real estate and assisted in the development and expansion of multifamily sales in New Jersey.
