Lesiuk comes from work as EVP at Chicago-based Urban Retail Properties LLC, where he directed leasing for the company's central region portfolio including shopping centers and mixed-use developments totaling 7 million square feet of retail space. Previous to that, he served as SVP at Jones Lang LaSalle, managing leasing for Chicago-area third-party-owned properties including 16 shopping centers totaling 8 million square feet.
Lesiuk has also worked as SVP for L&H Real Estate Group in Chicago, where he directed leasing for the firm's 10-million-square-foot retail portfolio. He graduated from Loyola University, Chicago, as well as ICSC School for Professional Development Leasing Institute I at Michigan State University. Lesiuk holds an Illinois real estate broker's license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
