"Now is exactly the right time to create a team that can more broadly capitalize on the increasingly attractive tenant/user opportunities," Davidson says. Webster adds that their firm will be able to avoid business conflicts by focusing solely on the side of tenants and buyers.

Davidson established his own firm in 1988 to specialize in tenant representation for office and industrial users. His prior experience in commercial real estate includes office development with Hines Interests and The Landmarks Group.

Webster has been involved in Atlanta commercial real estate since 1987 in capacities such as multi-market account management, international representation, build-to-suit projects and tenant advocacy. He spent nine years working with CB Richard Ellis and was also previously with the Staubach Co., now part of Jones Lang LaSalle.
