ICS is moving into former office and data center space, taking advantage of the open layouts, raised flooring and enhanced electrical capability. Frank Graybeal of CBRE represented ICS, which is consolidating its local offices. Brad Wilner, Andy Cole and Larry Thau of CBRE, together with Marc Witowski of WPC, represented the landlord.

WPC purchased the two-story building in late 2007. It is among the sizable holdings the company has in Montgomery County. Otherproperties WPC owns or is building in the area include: 9711Washingtonian Blvd. in Gaithersburg, 1390 Piccard Dr. and 1150 Ripley Dr. in Silver Spring. Asking rates for the remainder of 15201 Diamondback Dr. are $26 per square foot.
