J. Scott Moore with Holt Lunsford Commercial tells GlobeSt.com that the deal at 820 W. Sandy Lake Rd. represents a relocation and expansion for the company, which refurbishes and provides interior modification for corporate, executive and governmental aircraft. Moore, who partnered with Holt Lunsford Commercial's Jim Bryce in representing landlord Principal Financial Group tells GlobeSt.com that Robinson Aircraft is relocating from Southlake, TX.
Though the specific financial consideration was not available, the quoted ask is $7.50 per square foot, with tenant improvements running around $19 per square foot. Moore says the Robinson Aircraft agreement does have some TIs, as the 2007-completed space is still in shell condition.
Denitech Corp. has the remainder of Coppell Trade Center's second phase. Moore says he and Bryce are working on filling the 12,800 square feet remaining. Meanwhile, the first phase "is 100% leased," Moore adds. Coppell Trade Center, which is being developed on 45 acres, will be approximately 600,000 square feet upon build out. Moore says there are no specific plans for the third phase at this time.
