Grant spent more than three years with Capmark, during which he acted as the company's coordinator related to ING Investment Management. Previous to that, Grant was SVP, director, principal and head of production at Mid-North Financial Services Inc. He served as president of the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association in 1987, and received his bachelor of science degree from the University of Wisconsin and a law degree from Loyola University.
