"We feel confident that Panattoni has the resources, the expertise and the relationships in the business world," Randall Peters, chairman of the authority, stated in a release. He added that the business park will be key to improving Catoosa County's tax infrastructure and creating well-paying jobs for its residents.

Panattoni is a full-service development firm with industrial, office and retail facilities in at least 175 markets, averaging nearly 15 million square feet annually over the past five years. The company has more than 30 offices throughout the US, Canada and Europe, including one in Atlanta.
