The building's location is referred to as the "Five Corners," which marks the center of Perth Amboy's business district at the intersection of Smith Street, New Brunswick Avenue and State Street. The building offers office suites ranging from 214 square feet to full floors of 7,920 square feet.

"The building is centrally situated near major highways with easy access to NJ Transit and downtown parking," Krinsky says, adding that it's located three blocks from Perth Amboy's waterfront and Harbor Town, which features recently constructed residential and retail units.
