Lynch (RPA, FMA) joins Grubb & Ellis from data center developer and manager CRG West, where as managing director he was responsible for the acquisition, operations and construction activities for the firm. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with Level 3 Communications LLC, where he held the position of global vice president, Real Estate and Facilities Management. At G&E he will use that experience to assist the company's corporate clients with their data center needs.
The two promotions were handed out to SVPs Tim Harrington and Victor Frandsen, who are now of executive vice presidents. Harrington, a senior vice president with the company's Office Services Group for the past 23 years, will continue to be a member of the its Tenant Advisory Group. A consistent producer for the company, Harrington has experience in landlord representation as well as site selection and investment sales. Frandsen began his real estate career with G&E in 1984 and has very similar experience.
The two other hires are Chris Leino and Michael Marton. Leino, who comes on as an associate vice president, will specialize in the industrial and land sectors, while Martin, an associate, will focus on the healthcare and senior housing markets.
Leino joins Grubb & Ellis from Leino & Company, where he worked with a wide range of clients to identify strategic investment opportunities. Martin owned and managed Martin Senior Properties Inc.
