"We're seeing landlord concessions increase dramatically and, as a result of that, more deals are getting done," Anderson tells GlobeSt.com. "The good thing about our side of the business is leases are always expiring, which leads to transactions. There is only so long that companies can postpone their decisions."
An uptick in business was one reason why the duo brought Wilson and Cliburn on board. Another reason was the newcomers' experience. Wilson, a veteran of 25 years, joined CB Richard Ellis in 1999. Cliburn, in the meantime, has spent his whole career with CBRE, which he joined in 1997.

Anderson and Fritsche say that there are no aggressive plans to expand the company. Rather, if the right people approach them, they'll be glad to take a look-see. The right people, according to Fritsche are those who are competent, intelligent and who operate with integrity.
