Matrix recently acquired the campus from Preferred Unlimited, a Pennsylvania-based real estate investment firm. Matrix Corporate Campus spans more than 342,000 square feet of office, laboratory and flex space.

Current tenants on the campus include phosphate producer Innophos Inc., which houses its worldwide headquarters here. The company recently expanded its lease by 20%, to 48,000 square feet.

The site can accommodate users from 2,500 square feet to more than 100,000 square feet. Matrix Corporate Campus offers both leasing and sales opportunities for the 13 buildings on the site. According to Colliers & Houston's Q2 report, the average asking rental rate for office in Central NJ is$24.25 per square foot, but the lease rates are undisclosed.
