Signorello will be responsible for Flagler's capital markets activities, along with managing all land and property acquisitions and dispositioins. He will also be in charge of joint-venture partnerships and other investments related to expanding Flagler's corporate footprint.

"Vincent brings a deep breadth of real estate investment and capital markets experience that compliments the collective expertise of Flagler's executive leadership and enhances our overall ability to expand into new markets," Jose Hevia, Flagler president and CEO, stated in a release. He added that Signorello will be "an invaluable asset" to the company's future growth.

A former US Army officer, Signorello's past experience includes two years as a director in Barclays Capital's New York City-based global commercial real estate group where he oversaw origination, structuring and execution of $5 billion in real estate financing and investments. He previously served as vice president of real estate investment banking and finance for Lehman Bros. He also has an MBA in corporate finance from Boston University.

Flagler owns, manages, leases or has under development approximately 13 million square feet of class A office and industrial space throughout Florida. It also provides third-party construction, property management, and brokerage services and owns 4,380 acres of Florida land, of which 1,650 acres is entitled for up to 17.5 million square feet of development.
