• Sleepy's leased an 8,300-square-foot space in Englewood at 57 Palisades Ave. Florian Suserman, vice president, and Curtis Nassau represented the landlord, Glenmore Management.
• Planet Fitness leased 12,388 feet at the Roxbury Mall, located at Route 10 at Commerce Blvd. in Ledgewood. Suserman and Nassau represented Planet Fitness.
• Hollywood Tans leased 2,384 square feet of space at The Square at Riverdale, located at 92 Route 23 N. in Riverdale. Suserman and Nassau represented the tenant and the landlord, Riverdale Square LLC.
• Five Guys Hamburgers And Fries leased 2,578 square feet of space in a new retail building in Westfield at 21 E. Broad St. Finkelstein represented the landlord, A&R Westfield Broad Street LLC.
• Edible Arrangements took a 1,800-square-foot space at Berdan Square, a 30,000-square-foot, mixed-used property at 87 Berdan Ave. in Wayne. Donald Goldstein, executive vice president, represented the tenant.
