"Although the commercial real estate industry is currentlyexperiencing challenging times, Normandy's focus on our tenants hasenabled us to execute prominent leasing transactions in NewJersey," said Ray Trevisan, Normandy principal, in a statement.

The deals included:

  • Telecommunications firm Global Crossing inked a deal for nearly35,000 square feet at Park Place in Florham Park;
  • At 25 Independence Blvd. in Warren, Mitsubishi Pharma took20,423 square feet. At the same address, Texas Instruments executeda 5,521-square-foot lease extension, and JNET Communications signeda 5,000-square-foot lease extension;
  • Stepping Forward Counseling Center, a health-services company,leased 2,595 square feet at 26 Main St. in Chatham.
