Strockis, a 25-year industry veteran, most recently led the WestCoast investment advisory efforts for the Managed Accounts Group ofCBRE Investors, where he completed more than 62 transactionstotaling more than $2 billion. Previously, he held other positionsin CBRE, including managing the business oversight of the CBREPartners Program with 30 affiliate offices nationally.

Doan, as the new director of operations for Voit Real EstateServices, will be responsible for operational functions related tothe company's multiple business lines. His experience includesconducting leasing and sales analysis process and procedures,financial modeling for debt and equity placements, and creatingacquisition and disposition structures as a third-party for firmssuch as Watermarke Properties, Donahue Schriber, McWhinney, andIntegrated Real Estate Resources. He previously served as assetmanagement and development controller for Shea Properties, where hewas involved in the placement of more than $1 billion inconstruction and permanent financing. Earlier in his career,he held positions with the public industrial and apartment REITPacific Gulf Properties, Prometheus Development and WesternNational Property Management.
