Micropore will use the building for its manufacturing, research and development operations. Cecil County's industrial activity has remained solid, Laraway tells GlobeSt.com, in part because the labor market has remained steady. Still, though, not many industrial trades have occurred in the last 12 months. "We were fortunate to find a user in this marketplace," he says.

Comparables for the trade were at least that old and stretched back to 2007, Laraway also says. According to the broker, 1000 Konica traded at 2007 comps. The warehouse is located in the Upper Chesapeake Corporate Center.
