Previous to Kilboy's work with Turner, he served as senior project manager at Tonn and Blank Construction in Indiana, as well as at Chicago-based Pepper Construction. He received his bachelor of science in construction engineering and management technology from Purdue University. He is also recognized as a Certified Professional Contractor, a designation by the Association for General Contractors.
