Both Rubenstein and Atkinson bring a decade of experience totheir new roles with JLL. In her time in the industry, Rubensteinhas been responsible for more than 10 million square feet ofcommercial assignments and has also worked for TranswesternCommercial Services. In addition to NAI Hiffman, Atkinson bringsexperience from his background as leasing rep for Equity OfficeProperties and VP of office service for Grubb & Ellis.

Rubenstein received her bachelor's degree with honors from theUniversity of Arizona. Atkinson achieved his MBA with honors fromDePaul University, with a concentration in real estate finance, andhis bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois atUrbana-Champaign.
