Smiths Medical, which provides medical devices for hospital, emergency and related environments, is consolidating a previous 109,575-square-foot facility in Southaven, MS and a San Diego distribution center in Building A at Crossroads. Henry Stratton with Colliers Wilkinson Snowden represented the tenant in lease negotiations.

Jacobson Cos., a third-party logistics provider, will add space at Crossroads Building F to a 504,104-square-foot lease signed earlier this year, bringing its total occupancy to 622,904 square feet. Brian Fogelberg and Jim Mercer with CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

"The IDI-designed LEED specifications at Crossroads were key to both tenants' decisions to expand and relocate their distribution center operations here," says Tim Moore, vice president of leasing with Atlanta-based IDI. "The companies will receive significant cost savings over the term of their lease as a direct result."

IDI also leased 96,000 square feet to Bunzl Distribution Mid-Central at Airways Distribution Center in June. The company has developed and acquired 134 million throughout the US, Canada and Mexico.
