All units at North Point Park offer personalized interiors with custom build-outs to meet each owner's specific needs, says Tom Posey, owner of Domain Realty and a commercial real estate broker. "Our buildings are 90% owner-occupied," he says, "which brings stability and very little turnover."
North Point Park has been in development over the past five years, with Cornerstone Commercial Contractors Inc. as its developer/builder. Amenities include front-door parking, ADA-compliant access, private restrooms, a copy/fax/server room, pre-wiring for phone and data, and a security system.
