Appraised at approximately $6 million, the property currently holds a 13,000 square-foot building that houses a retail post office. USPS will require a lease-back of the retail portion of the building for up to two years to allow for relocation.

The deadline to submit offers is October 9th, 2009. CBRE Brokers Bryan Hester, Milt Reimers and Art Wahl have the disposition assignment.
