Coaire leased approximately 64,000 square feet at 3051 Northern Cross Blvd. that is now acting as its central and Midwest distribution center and will add an additional 60,000 square feet for a solar panel manufacturing center over the next 12 months.
The manufacturing center will reportedly come online over the next 12 months, following completion of a facility in Korea that will produce the solar cells necessary for solar panels that will be assembled at the Fort Worth facility.
The terms of the lease were not disclosed. The asking rent for 3051 Northern Cross was $5.25 per square foot per year, triple net, according to a property flyer. Jerry Alexander, Amy Baker and Shannon Shepler of NAI Huff Partners represented the building owner, TIG/ING Clarion.
