NASHVILLE-Tony Giarratana and Novare Group start the process with a parking lot.

Other properties owned by Giarratana and Novare in Downtown Nashville include the Cohen Building, the H.G. Hill retail space in the Viridian, a retail space in Bennie Dillon Lofts and a parking lot at Eighth Avenue and Church Street. The sales are part of an overall Novare strategy to unload its Southeast assets.
