Bills brings experience in strategic acquisitions, repositioning and development of retail, lodging and mixed-use projects nationally and internationally. Most recently, she has served as VP of New Business Development at Valencia Group. Bills has also spent time at General Growth Properties Inc. in senior positions, including VP of mixed-use and master planned communities and VP of GGP International Ventures.
McShane Development has previously engaged in partnerships with firms including MetLife Real Estate Investments, Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, Globe Corporation, Arsenal Real Estate Funds, Lowe Enterprises and Buchanan Street Partners. Another of Bills' duties in her new position will be to leverage these partnerships to extend the firm's activities into the targeted retail, lodging and mixed-use sectors, in addition to international service assignments.
