With plans to use it for warehousing and distribution, Lake County Press selected its new building for its size, ceiling height and loading capabilities. The property offers proximity to Interstate 94 and Highway 41, 30-foot ceiling heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, two exterior docks, and 30 parking spaces. Space in the building has been marketed for $5.15 per square foot net.

The company's new building is located in the Lake County submarket, where overall occupancy is around 89%, according to Transwestern's Q3 industrial market report. Lake County press was represented in-house, while building owner ING Clarion was represented by principal Whit Heitman, SVP Samuel Badger, and associate Jason Weinhaus, all with Paine/Wetzel ONCOR International.
