Candelaria specializes in the lease and sale of office and R&D product in the Silicon Valley. David Heibert, the managing partner of NAI BT's Palo Alto office, where Candelaria will be based, called the addition "a tremendous plus" for the firm.
Candelaria started his career in 1989 at Norris, Beggs and Simpson and then transferred to Cushman & Wakefield in 1993. In 1996, he joined CPS, where NAI BT says he was consistently recognized as a top producer.
Candelaria was not immediately available Wednesday afternoon for comment. Heibert says the long-term client relationships Candelaria brings to the table will enhance NAI BT's existing capability to win business.
