JLL is the exclusive leasing agent for Northwest Plaza, whereasking lease rates are around $22 per square foot gross. Theproperty is just north of Interstate 90, and not far fromInterstate 294. The office complex is located in the O'Haresubmarket, where occupancy is around 75% and average asking leaserates are around $22.60 per square foot, according to Jones LangLaSalle's Q3 office market report.
