Fulcrum was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle's Rick Benoy and Jamey Dix in the deal, while Riddell was represented by Tom Volini and Sven Sykes from Grubb & Ellis.

"This is a great value in Rosemont in a good location," Benoy told GlobeSt.com about Northwest Plaza in June, when another 35,000 square feet in leases was signed. "It's what we call a Class B+ office building, with good amenities in the heart of the O'Hare market. What's nice is that this complex has a retail concourse between the two towers with amenities including several restaurants."

JLL is the exclusive leasing agent for Northwest Plaza, where asking lease rates are around $22 per square foot gross. The property is just north of Interstate 90, and not far from Interstate 294. The office complex is located in the O'Hare submarket, where occupancy is around 75% and average asking lease rates are around $22.60 per square foot, according to Jones Lang LaSalle's Q3 office market report.

Other recent deals at Northwest Plaza include 2,900 square feet taken by Original Smith Printing and a 1,500-square-foot lease renewal signed by Market Group.
