Law Firm Extends Lease at Mack-Cali Short Hills

SHORT HILLS, NJ-Budd Larner, P.C. signed 15-year lease extension for 54,931 square feet.

While the company would not disclose rental rates, industry reports place the price tag around $28 per square foot. The 247,476-square-foot class A office building remains 100% leased.

Budd Larner was represented by Roger Cantor and Eric Ladden of Cornerstone Real Estate Group. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Diane Chayes, vice president of leasing.
