Broadmoor Hills Apartments Lands $25M Loan

OMAHA- The 299-unit property is located here in Omaha and is owned by Dodge Street Apartments LLC.

Construction on the class A apartment property finished in September.

NorthMarq arranged the financing with Freddie Mac. The mortgage was based on a 10-year term with a 30-year amortization.

"The Freddie Mac team worked very hard to make this happen," John Bendon, SVP and managing director of NorthMarq Capital's Omaha office. "This is their sixteenthloan with Broadmoor Development."
