"This is an exciting move for Dover Corporation," says Studley's Robert Sevim, who represented Dover in the transaction. "The company is relocating its headquarters into an efficient, state-of-the art facility, and in a location that is befitting of its success as a Fortune 500 company in proximity to several other dynamic headquarters operations."

The move to this Chicago suburb is part of Dover's consolidation plans. The company is combining its four segment headquarter facilities throughout the US as well as its corporate headquarters at 280 Park Ave., in Manhattan, to this new facility. Construction on the 251,000-square-foot class A office building completed in September of 2008.

Sevim, with colleagues Jon Azulay and Joseph Learner, accessed potential headquarter facilities throughout the eastern portion of the East-West Corridor of suburban Chicago before settling on this property. Building owner, Opus North Corp. was represented by Gary Fazzio of CB Richard Ellis and in-house by Grady Hamilton.
