Cassidy& Pinkard Colliers helped Edison Place a400,000-square-foot building located at 701 9th St., achieve GoldLEED EBOM certification this past summer – the first designationfor the District.

EBOM certification for Market Square, located at 701 and 801Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, and owned by an affiliate of BeaconCapital Partners, LLC was a more complex process, though, Tyrolersays as it is a multi tenant, multi use complex that includesresidential condo units. These were not part of thecertification.
