"Aurora Bank has made a long-term investment in the city of Indianapolis. Its new facility at Castleton Park will support the near-term and long-term growth of its business," says Jones Lang LaSalle's Dan O'Neil, who represented the bank.
The bank moved 240 employees from 25,000 square feet at Heritage Park II, located at 6666 East 75th St. Lease terms on the deal were not released.
"The Indianapolis office market continues to provide tenants with opportunities to find creative ways to reduce occupancy costs and to better align facilities needs with long-term business objectives," O'Neil says. "Landlords realize that retaining and expanding their tenant base is more critical than ever."
Castleton Park's owner was represented by Dave Moore with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. O'Neil was assisted by JLL colleagues John Robinson and Julie Kilpatrick.
