"Aurora Bank has made a long-term investment in the city ofIndianapolis. Its new facility at Castleton Park will support thenear-term and long-term growth of its business," says Jones LangLaSalle's Dan O'Neil, who represented the bank.

The bank moved 240 employees from 25,000 square feet at HeritagePark II, located at 6666 East 75th St. Lease terms on the deal werenot released.

"The Indianapolis office market continues to provide tenantswith opportunities to find creative ways to reduce occupancy costsand to better align facilities needs with long-term businessobjectives," O'Neil says. "Landlords realize that retaining andexpanding their tenant base is more critical than ever."
