Situated on approximately 9.4 acres and located at 2300 S. MainSt. in Corona, the Valencia Terrace project comprises a 181-unitmain building plus 22 duplex and triplex casitas arranged aroundthe main building. The builders describe it as "a resort-likeenvironment" that includes a pool and spa, two beauty salons, acommercial kitchen, a theater room, an exercise gym, plus massage,library, bistro and resident lounge facilities.

According to Bryan Pruter, project manager for SL Residential,the Valencia Terrace project provided SL Residential with anopportunity to expand its brand of building high-densityresidential communities into the senior living market. "This is alogical and strategic transition for us given the growing demandfor senior housing," Pruter says.

SL Residential is part of a Snyder Langston operation thatconsists of seven operating groups that focus on theoffice, retail, institutional, high-densityresidential, healthcare, high-tech, bio-tech andhospitality sectors. Kisco owns and operates 19 senior communitiesin five states offering both independent and assisted living.
