SALT LAKE CITY-O’Reilly Automotive Inc. has acquired210,000-square-foot warehouse here that is being built-to-suit,according to the Buzz Oates Group of Companies, which is developingthe property. The Springfield, MO-based publicly traded retailer ofauto parts and accessories reportedly paid $12.5 million for theproperty, local industry sources tell GlobeSt.com.
The warehouse is under construction at 6230 W. 700 S. Withmezzanine space that is being added, the building will have 294,000square feet of operating space. The facility will employ roughly450 people.
