Kelly, Kelly, Marotta & Lafferty, LLC, a full service law firm that provides representation to clients in the areas of family law, general civil litigation, commercial litigation and estate planning, signed a long-term lease for 3,202 square feet of office space in the building.
IZAR Associates, Inc., a management, technical and staffing services provider, signed a long-term lease for 1,676 square feet of office space in the building after relocating from Bergman's property in Saddle Brook. Holbrook and Henderson, Inc., a supplier of gear cutting tools through their Tru-Volute line of tools, also signed a long-term lease for 1,321 square feet of office space in the building. Holbrook and Henderson was represented by Nina Bianco of NIA National Realty, Inc.
On-site management, parking, after hour key card access, fiber optic and other high-speed telecommunications options are among the value-added conveniences at the building, which has also seen recent lobby renovations; lighting and artwork will be included on all three floors. Other renovations included in the building are the first floor bathrooms, with the balance being planned for 2010.
