The assets, located in Indidana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio andWest Virginia, total roughly 13.8 million square feet. The majorityof the properties are based in Michigan, which totals 4.1 millionsquare feet, and Ohio, which totals nearly six million square feet.The Midwest portfolio consits of grocer and big box-anchoredshopping centers. Tenants include Kroger, Giant Eagle, Spartan,Best Buy, Dollar Tree, WalMart and T.J. Maxx.

Properties include the Southland Shopping Center in MiddleburgHeights, OH; Miracle Mile Shopping Plaza in Toledo, OH; HamptonVillage Centre in Rochester Hills, MI; and Grand Traverse Crossingin Traverse Cityy, MI.

Strietzel will be based out of Farmington Hills, MI, a suburb ofDetroit. He has a team of 40 professionals that will assist himfrom that office.
