HERNDON, VA-The National Park Service is renewing 45,500 square feet at 13461 Sunrise Valley Dr. here. Studley represented GSA in the transaction. Internally, GSA was repped by Stephanie Mayo, Beverly Yeargin-Booth, Rosemary Alexander, and LaShawn Brock. The deal was completed well in advance of the expiration of the existing lease, according to a statement by Public Buildings Service Regional Commissioner Bart Bush.

The deal sandwiches a year-end renewal for 187,000 square feet at the Aerospace Building at 901 D St., SW–space occupied by the Administration for Children & Families of the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS).
