Waggin' Train is a leading supplier of natural jerky treats fordogs and also manufactures a number of other all-natural dogtreats. According to Bryan Bentrott, MDC executive vice president,the new tenant chose the building for its significant rentaldiscount for companies relocating from Orange County or expandingfrom adjacent markets. In addition, the building "offers excellentfreeway access and a convenient location for workers living in theInland Empire," Bentrott says.

Waggin Train was represented by Jeff Brown of Stream Realty ofSan Antonio, TX. The landlord, West Corona Granite Commerce CenterLLC, was represented by Walter A. Frome and Bill Livesay of theIrvine office of Voit Real Estate Services' brokerage division.

The lease, which took effect Jan. 1, is valued at $1.3 million.The West Corona Commerce Center has 200,000 square feet of spaceavailable.
