The leasing and marketing agency for Miami Tower, formerly knownas Bank of America Tower at International Place, is seeking a newnaming-rights partner for the 600,000-square-foot, class A officetower near Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami. Charlotte-based Bank ofAmerica is vacating 50,000 square feet in the iconic building toconsolidate space at a nearby building on Brickell Avenue that alsobears its name.

Miami Tower opened in 1987 and figures prominently in severalmovies and television shows, including current CBS promos for "CSI:Miami." The 47-story structure designed by I.M. Pei featuresmulticolored lights that make the building easily recognizablewithin the city skyline.
