Recently Madison, WI-based JSM purchased the 12-acre site at the corner where Bleeker and Main streets connect. The new plot of land is directly adjacent to a project JSM plans to complete this year. That development will bring 59 units to the market.
The entire project is estimated to cost $35 million, according to a report in the Milwaukee Business Journal. Johnson Design Inc. has been names architect of the project.
In Madison, JSM owns seven apartment complexes, such as the Mirabel Apartments at 8001 Ritz Dr. and Les Chateaux at 3205 Stevens St.
