"C&H Distributors was seeking a modern facility that would allow it to continue to grow its business within a lower-cost operating environment in a first-class park-like setting," Heitman says. "This new headquarters location provides strategic access to the greater Chicago and Milwaukee marketplaces as well as access to a highly-trained workforce."
C&H will relocate from its current location at 770 S. 70th St. in Milwaukee to the LakeView Corporate Park by June. The new facility sits between Chicago and Milwaukee along Interstate 94.
LakeView XII features 50 truck-loading dock, four drive-in overhead doors, 32-foot clear ceiling height and additional truck parking spaces. It sits on a 30-acre plot.
The LakeView Corporate Park is a mixed-use development project, set to house industrial, office and retail assets.
