Downtown Tower May Have First Tenant

SEATTLE-A new, nearly empty downtown tower may be close to signing its first office tenant, as Casey Family Programs signs a letter of intent for 75,000 square feet, reports the Seattle Times.

The 28-story tower is one of more than a half-dozen large,recently completed downtown office projects that have found tenantshard to come by in this depressed market, says the SeattleTimes. The vacancy rate in greater downtown is approaching20%.
