NASHVILLE-Locally based Hermitage Electric Supply Corp. has purchased a 59,000-square-foot industrial building on 3.6 acres at 3640 Trousdale Lane, near Interstate 65 and Harding Place, for just over $1.8 million. The building will serve as the home of the company’s lighting products division for hospitality and retail markets, as well as a distribution center for its appliance and kitchen divisions.

As part of the upcoming move, Hermitage sold three buildings totaling 26,361 square feet to Shirley Street Investments. The company has two other buildings at its current campus.
