The Orchard Heights complex is part of $800 million in assetsunder management by Macbeth throughout Southern California. TheCarlsbad-based company, which was founded in 1986, has managed20,000 units and $200 million in renovations since then. Inaddition to apartment management it provides a comprehensive rangeof services for apartment owners―including contracting,renovation and consulting services―and has served asconstruction manager for major condominium conversion projects suchas the 1,279-unit Metropolitan in Woodland Hills and the 280-unitPacific Breeze in Oceanside.
