Rick Drogosz, Bonnie Tripton and Dan Cohen of Mid-America Real Estate Corp.'s investment sales group arranged the sale for Continental Properties, the owner and developer. Oak Brook, IL-based Inland was self-represented in the deal.
Tripton tells GlobeSt.com construction began in 2008 on the property and completed in 2009. Grafton Commons sits at the Northeast corner of Port Washington Road and Highway 60, just 20 miles north of Milwaukee.
Anchor tenants include Kohl's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, PetSmart and Michaels. Costco is also a shadow anchor on the site. According to Tripton, it is 99% occupied. Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin is the exclusive leasing agent for Grafton Commons.
