Warranty Holdings provides service contracts for cars, trucks, recreational vehicles, watercraft and motorcycles. The firm will increase occupancy at the 138,000-square-foot Dupree, at 6120 Powers Ferry Road, to 83%.
The Dupree Building opened in 1997 and has asking rents between $20 and $21 per square foot. Locally based Carter Real Estate Fund II has owned the building for nearly two years.
Glenn Kolker of Carter represented the building's owner in lease negotiations, while Bill Kilborn of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
